Website Design

Website design that starts with your business and your visitors' decisions, not with a template: structure first, then a visual system that makes your strengths obvious on every page. We design it together with the development, so what you approve is what goes live.

Custom Website Design for Your Business

Good design is not decoration, it is the difference between a visitor understanding your offer in five seconds or leaving before they do. We begin by mapping the customer journey and the decisions a visitor needs to make, then design around removing friction from that path.

What we deliver is a visual system built for clarity and conversion, cohesive across every page, that makes your product's strengths obvious rather than something a visitor has to work to find.

How We Work

01

04

Getting to know the product and working out client tasks

To solve a specific business problem and create a design that works, we brief the client in detail, dive deep into the industry, and document all requirements. Then we summarize and begin developing the site architecture.

02

04

Working on the concept

We believe visuals should always be backed by meaning — so when creating a site concept we always start from the product and the task at hand. At this stage we research, select styles and fonts, and sketch out the details. By the end, the client already knows what their future site will look like.

03

04

Creating and approving mockups

After the concept and UX prototypes are approved, we create the working mockups. The client can test each section, see the animations, and evaluate the complete picture as a whole.

04

04

Refining details and presenting the final version

After reviewing the mockups and incorporating client feedback, we present the final result. Then we create the guidelines and hand the project over to the development team.

We design websites that work for your business. Tell us what you want to change, and we will find the right solution.

FAQ

How is website design different from website development?

Design covers the visual layout, user experience, and look and feel of the site. Development is the technical build that brings that design to life as a working website. We handle both, either together or as separate phases.

Do you design in Figma, and can we see the work in progress?

Yes, we design in Figma and share progress through a shared file, so you can follow the work and leave comments directly on specific screens as the design develops.

How many design revisions are included?

We typically include 2 to 3 rounds of revisions per page in the project scope, which covers most feedback cycles. Additional rounds can be added if needed.

Will the design be unique, or based on a template?

Every design we create is custom-built around your brand and goals, not adapted from a generic template. This ensures the site looks and feels distinct from competitors using off-the-shelf themes.

Do you design for mobile as well as desktop?

Yes, every design is created with a mobile-first approach and includes layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop, so the experience is consistent across all devices.

Can you design around our existing brand guidelines?

Yes, if you already have brand guidelines, we design within them. If your guidelines need updating to work better for digital, we can advise on adjustments as part of the project.

What happens after the design is approved?

Once the design is approved, it moves into development, where our team builds it into a fully functional, responsive website, followed by testing before launch.

Will I be able to track my project?

Yes. Every client gets access to our project portal: stages, approvals, documents and requests in one place.

How much does website design cost?

Website design at Peretz Agency starts from $8,000. The price depends on the number of unique page templates rather than the number of pages, on the languages and markets, on how many components and states the design system has to cover, and on whether a brand identity already exists. The final price is set after a strategic session, and its $500 is credited toward the project. A single landing page that we design and build starts from $4,000, and a corporate website with custom design costs $20,000 to $40,000.

Can our own developers build the site from your design?

Yes. Your team receives the page map and wireframes of every template, the designs for mobile, tablet and desktop, a design system with components and their states, the screens for empty results and errors, and a Figma file with annotated components, spacing specifications and exported assets. While they build, we can stay available to answer questions and to catch differences between the design and the build early.

Do we need a redesign, or is a usability audit enough?

If the site works but people struggle on it, start with a usability audit: from $1,500, one to two weeks, based on analytics, heatmaps and session recordings. It ends with a decision, which can be to leave the interface alone, fix specific friction points, modernize the code underneath, rework the structure or redesign. When the structure works and only the technology is old, website modernization starts with an audit from $300 for a small site and from $1,000 for a large one.

Can a new design really change conversion?

It can, in either direction. For the Sport-Discount store, making the design more familiar and louder, with colour, promotions and badges up front, raised conversion by 17% when we compared the three months before and after the change. For Nicole, a jewellery and watch boutique, the opposite move worked: quiet luxury and price on request raised calls and boutique visits by 17% and conversion by 8%. So a design stays a hypothesis until real visitors meet it, and after launch it is checked with analytics, click maps and session recordings.

Why does accessibility matter at the design stage?

Because most accessibility decisions are visual. WCAG 2.2, the W3C accessibility standard (checked October 2026), asks at level AA for a contrast of at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text and interface parts, and for pointer targets of at least 24 by 24 CSS pixels unless they are spaced apart. A palette that fails these numbers cannot be fixed in code without changing the design, so contrast and target sizes belong to the design review. For IFHRS, the design also included a mode for people with visual impairments.

What is the difference between website design and UI/UX design?

Website design covers sites that present a company and sell: corporate sites, online stores and landing pages, from $8,000. UI/UX design is for products that people work in, such as portals, booking systems and SaaS, with user accounts, roles and flows and with prototypes tested before development, from $10,000. If you are not sure which one you need, the strategic session settles it before any estimate.
