A mobile app is a commitment, not a feature, and building one without a clear case for who will use it and why is how most mobile budgets get wasted. We start with a review of your business processes and your market before recommending whether an app is even the right answer.
When it is, we build applications engineered for real usage and long-term maintenance, not a one-time launch, and we stay involved to support and evolve the product as your users and your business change.
Mobile App Development
Native iOS and Android apps or one React Native app, designed and built around your processes, with the back end and admin panel made by our own team. Design, development and the back end come as one solution, not as separate services. Usually 10 to 20 weeks, from $30,000.

An APP Shaped Around THE WAY YOUR Business Works
-
01.
REPEAT ORDERS
A saved address, payment method and order history turn the second order into a few taps. This is where restaurant and delivery apps earn their keep, and most of our apps are used by customers like these.
-
02.
A DIRECT CHANNEL
Push notifications reach people who installed the app, without paying for every contact. Sent with a reason, they bring customers back; sent every day, they get switched off, so we plan them with you.
-
03.
YOUR OWN PLATFORM
An app on your own back end keeps your customers, data and rules with you rather than with an aggregator or a rented platform. The code and the store accounts are handed over to you under the contract.
-
04.
A TOOL FOR YOUR TEAM
Couriers, field staff and managers get a tool shaped around their actual process: offline work, the camera, location, scanning. Not a website squeezed onto a phone.

SUPPORT AND GROWTH
Monthly support keeps the app on current iOS and Android requirements and adds features in sprints; the scope and the price are agreed for each app.
How you can work with us
Whatever the format, the work is shaped around how your business runs, not a template, and what we build belongs to you. The same people and standards in three formats: choose the one that fits your stage, or combine them.

FAQ
Do you build native apps or cross-platform apps?
Both. We write native apps in Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android, and cross-platform apps in React Native. The choice depends on the project: native when the app relies on background location, the camera, Bluetooth, biometrics or offline work, or when each platform's conventions matter most; React Native when both platforms share the same screens and logic. We recommend one in the discovery phase, with the reasons written down.
Will the app be published on the App Store and Google Play?
Yes, we handle the full submission process for both the Apple App Store and Google Play, including store listing assets, compliance requirements, and any back-and-forth needed during review.
Can the app connect to our existing backend or database?
Yes, we regularly build apps that connect to existing APIs, CRMs, or databases. If you do not have a backend yet, we can build one as part of the project.
How long does it take to build a mobile app?
A full app usually takes 10 to 20 weeks. The time depends on the platforms (one or both), the number of screens, the integrations, and whether the back end and the admin panel have to be built as well. We give dates for your app after the discovery phase.
Do you design the UI/UX as part of the project, or do we need our own designs?
UI/UX design is included as part of our mobile app development process. We design screens around your user flows and brand, with prototypes reviewed before development begins.
Do you handle push notifications, in-app purchases, or other native features?
Yes, we implement push notifications, in-app purchases, payment integrations, geolocation, camera access, and other native device features as part of the build, depending on what your app requires.
Do you provide support and updates after the app is published?
Yes, we offer ongoing support packages covering bug fixes, OS compatibility updates, and new feature development, so the app keeps working smoothly as iOS and Android evolve.
How much does it cost to build a mobile app?
Mobile app development at Peretz Agency starts from $30,000. The price depends on the platforms (iOS, Android or both), the number of screens, the integrations, and whether the back end and the admin panel already exist or have to be built. Payment is made by bank transfer under the agreement. The Apple and Google fees and the payment provider's commissions are paid by you directly. Only the $500 strategic session is credited toward the project.
Do we need an app, or will a website or a PWA do?
An app pays off when customers use the product several times a week, when push notifications have to become a main channel, or when the product depends on the camera, location or work without a connection. If only one of these holds, a faster website or a progressive web app (PWA) usually solves the same problem for less, without store review. If the idea itself has not yet met paying users, an MVP from $20,000 is the cheaper first step.
Do Apple and Google take a commission on orders placed in the app?
Not on physical goods or services used outside the app, such as a food order or a table booking: Apple requires a payment method other than in-app purchase for them, so they go through a payment provider with its own fee. Digital content and subscriptions go through in-app purchase. Apple's Small Business Program sets a 15% commission for developers new to the App Store or with up to $1 million in proceeds, and Google Play has a 15% tier on the first $1 million of yearly earnings, with other rates for subscriptions in some markets (Apple and Google, October 2026).
What do we receive when the app is finished?
The source code is handed over to you under the contract, together with the deployment commands, the server requirements, a rollback procedure and an AGENTS.md file that describes the project for the next developer or an AI coding agent. Most often the app is published under your own Apple Developer and Google Play accounts, and before the first release we write down who holds the store accounts, the signing credentials and the recovery email.
