Dedicated Development Team

Your product needs more than one developer, but building a tech department takes months. A dedicated team is a stable group of people assembled from our pool for your product alone: developers, QA, a designer, a project manager and DevOps as needed. It works only on your product, month after month, and you set the priorities.

What the team covers

We take care of everything around the team: selection, contracts, onboarding, HR support, replacements and monthly reports. You get a team that works like your own department, without the cost and time of building one. If you only need one or two specialists to join your own developers, outstaffing is the better fit. If the scope is fixed and known in advance, a fixed project is. A dedicated team is for a product that keeps changing.

How it works

01

04

We define the team

On a call we go through the product, the roadmap and the budget, and propose the roles and the seniority. You approve the composition and the monthly price before anyone starts.

02

04

You choose the people

For each role we send a shortlist of 2 to 4 pre-vetted candidates from our pool, people we know personally, not a pile of CVs. You interview them and decide.

03

04

The team starts

A team is usually ready in 2 to 4 weeks. We handle onboarding and tool access and plan the first sprint with you.

04

04

We run it month by month

You set the priorities, the team delivers, and we send the monthly report. The team can grow, shrink or change roles as the product does.

Your product needs a team that stays? We will build it around your roadmap.

What you get

The code, the intellectual property and everything the team builds belong to you from day one. This is written into every contract.

Pricing

From $3,500 a month

The price depends on the size of the team, the roles in it, the seniority of each person and whether a role is full time or part time. Compared with hiring the same people locally, costs are usually 40 to 60% lower.

The team is billed monthly, and the composition and price are agreed before work starts. The price includes selection, contracts, equipment, onboarding, HR support, replacements and monthly reports. Third party costs such as hosting, paid services and software licences are paid separately.

FAQ

How is a dedicated team different from outstaffing?

With outstaffing, single specialists join your own team and you manage them. A dedicated team is a complete group with its own PM, working only on your product, and we take care of how it runs.

How fast can the team start?

Usually in 2 to 4 weeks. Niche or very senior roles can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to fill.

Who manages the team day to day?

The team's PM runs the sprints and reports to you. You set the priorities and accept the work, and we handle HR, contracts and replacements.

What if a specialist does not fit?

We replace the specialist and arrange the handover, so the work on your product continues.

Who owns the code?

You do, fully, from day one: the code, the intellectual property and everything the team delivers. It is in every contract.

What about time zones?

Our specialists are in Ukraine and Eastern Europe. That gives 3 to 5 hours of overlap with Western Europe and 2 to 4 hours with the US East Coast, and most of them are flexible with hours and work well async. We work with companies in Seattle, across the US and in Europe.
