MVP Development

You have an idea and a reason to believe people need it. Now you need a first version that real users can try and pay for, so the answer comes from the market and not from opinions. We build that version: scope cut to what proves the idea, design, development, payments, analytics and launch, then iterations based on what users actually do.

What we build

A first version is often built in a hurry and thrown away once the product starts to grow. We build it so that it does not have to be thrown away: a proper data model, clear code and documentation the next team can extend. The work starts with a short discovery phase or with your own specification, if you already have one.

How it works

01

04

Discovery or your spec

We run a short discovery on users, scope and risks, or start from your own specification. If you already have a first version built with AI, we start with an MVP Review instead. You get a fixed price for the agreed scope.

02

04

Design and plan

We design the key flows, agree the screens with you and split the work into milestones.

03

04

Build in milestones

Development goes in short cycles, with a working version you can try at every milestone. You see progress, not status reports.

04

04

Launch and learn

We release the product, watch the data with you and make the first changes based on what users do.

Have an idea worth testing on real users? Let's build the version that proves it.

What you get

The code, designs and data are yours from day one; this is written in every contract. After launch you can keep building with us as a dedicated team, move to support, or hand the product to your own developers.

icon

A working product on your domain or in the app stores, ready for real users and real payments.

icon

A scope document: what is in the first version, what comes next and why.

icon

Designs of every screen, handed over together with the product.

icon

Source code in your repository, with documentation and a data model built to grow.

icon

Analytics on the key steps, with a first report after launch.

icon

A plan for the next stage, based on what the first users did.

How you can work with us

The same people and the same standards in three formats. Choose the one that fits your stage, or combine them.

Pricing

From $20,000

The price depends on the number of features, the platforms (web, iOS, Android) and the integrations: payment providers, CRM, maps, external APIs. It is fixed for the agreed scope before development starts.

Payment is made in stages tied to milestones, so you pay for work you can see. The price includes design, development, testing, launch and the first iterations agreed in the scope. Changes beyond the agreed scope, third-party fees (hosting, app stores, payment providers) and long-term support are estimated separately.

FAQ

How long does it take to build an MVP?

Usually 2 to 4 months, depending on scope. The plan in the estimate shows what is ready at each milestone.

I already have an MVP built with AI. Where do I start?

Building from zero may not be needed. We start with a review of what you have: it shows what can stay, what to fix and what to rebuild, and the estimate for the next stage follows from it.

Can you work from my own specification?

Yes. We read it, ask questions, mark what is missing and give a fixed price. If the specification leaves big open questions, we suggest a short discovery first.

Will the MVP have to be rewritten later?

It should not. We design the data model and the structure for the next stage, write code that another team can read, and document it. The product grows by adding features, not by starting over.

Web or mobile first?

It depends on where your users are and how often they will use the product. A web version often comes first because it is faster to change. You get our recommendation, with the reasons, during discovery.

What happens after launch?

You choose: a dedicated team that keeps building the product, support and maintenance, or a handover to your own developers with the code and documentation.
