1. Who we are
PERETZ.agency ("we", "us") runs the websites peretz.agency and portal.peretz.agency. The data controller is THE STRUCTURE LLC. For anything about your data, write to hello@peretz.agency.
2. What we collect
- Forms. Your name, phone, email, Viber or WhatsApp number, your message and the page you sent it from.
- Partner and investor enquiries. In addition: company or fund, website and topic.
- Notifications. If you subscribe to the weekly notification about new articles: the technical address of your browser’s subscription (no name or email) and the language.
- Client portal. Account details (name, email), language and time zone, the documents, messages and meetings in your projects, and the notification subscriptions of your devices.
- Analytics, only with your consent. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity: pages viewed, clicks and scrolling, device type and approximate location.
- Server logs. IP address, browser and time of the request, kept for security.
3. Why we use it
- To answer you and to do the work you ask us for.
- To send the weekly notification you subscribed to.
- To run the client portal and keep your projects in one place.
- To understand how the site is used and make it better (analytics, with consent).
- To keep the sites secure and to meet legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply: your consent (analytics, notifications), steps before a contract and the contract itself (forms, portal), and our legitimate interests (security, improving the sites).
5. Who receives your data
Only the services we need to run the sites: our hosting provider, our email provider, Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity) and the push services of your browser (Apple, Google, Mozilla) for notifications. We do not sell personal data.
6. International transfers
Some of these services process data outside your country. We rely on the safeguards these providers offer for such transfers.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiries: as long as needed to answer and for our cooperation. Portal data: for the duration of the project and as required by law. Notification subscriptions: until you switch them off or your browser ends them. Analytics: according to the settings of the analytics services.
8. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to its processing, take it with you, and withdraw your consent at any time. Depending on where you live, this includes rights under the GDPR, US state privacy laws (such as California’s CCPA/CPRA and Washington’s My Health My Data Act), the Law of Ukraine on Personal Data Protection and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law. 10. Children
Our sites are not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
