Most website chatbots fail in one of two ways. Scripted bots frustrate visitors with menus that never fit the real question. Generative bots sound fluent but invent prices, promise deadlines that don't exist, and quietly damage trust.
We build assistants the other way around: first a verified model of your business, then the conversation on top of it. The assistant answers only from confirmed facts, adapts to the visitor's language and market, and knows when to stop and bring in a person.
AI Assistants for Websites
We build AI assistants for websites that answer from verified facts about your business: services, prices, terms and availability. They reply in your visitors' languages, qualify requests and hand over to your team when a person is needed.
Pricing is by application, based on the scope of your business and integrations.
What we cover
-
01.
Knowledge Built From Your Business
We turn your site, catalog, prices and policies into a verified knowledge base the assistant answers from.

02.
Answers You Can Trust
Every answer rests on confirmed facts. When the assistant does not know, it says so and hands over to a person.
-
03.
Every Language, Every Market
Visitors get answers in their own language, with the prices, delivery terms and hours that apply to their market.
-
04.

FAQ
How is this different from a regular chatbot?
Regular chatbots either follow rigid scripts or generate plausible text. Our assistant answers from verified facts about your business, and when a question falls outside what it knows, it says so and brings in a person instead of guessing.
Will the assistant make things up about prices or deadlines?
It is designed not to. Prices, availability and deadlines come only from confirmed facts or your live data, and anything uncertain is marked as approximate or handed to your team.
Which AI models do you use?
We build on leading models such as Claude and ChatGPT and keep the assistant independent of any single model, so switching or upgrading does not require a rebuild.
Can it book meetings and send leads to our CRM?
Yes. Depending on what you use, it can book through your calendar or booking system and pass qualified leads with a summary to your CRM or email.
Will it work for a local Seattle business?
Especially well. Many local inquiries arrive after hours. The assistant answers questions about your service area, hours and services, qualifies the request and books the next step, so the lead is not lost overnight.
Which languages does it speak?
It replies in the visitor's language. We test it in the languages your customers actually use and adjust answers to the terms of each market.
What about data and privacy?
We define what the assistant stores, for how long, and what it never asks for, and configure data handling to the rules that apply to your business. Conversations are used to improve your knowledge base, not published.
How long does launch take?
Usually a few weeks for the first version, depending on the size of your knowledge base and integrations. The first month after launch is spent closing gaps based on real conversations.
