Who we are, who we work with, how a project actually runs, what it costs, and when we will tell you not to hire us
THE QUESTIONS
The Questions Owners Ask
Before you hire an agency, you usually want to know three things.
Who are these people?
Are they the right people for our business?
And what is this going to cost?
This page answers all three: what we do, who we work with, how a project actually runs and what it costs. And, just as importantly, when we will tell you not to hire us.
In short
- Peretz Agency helps established businesses think through and build the digital side of the company as one connected system: strategy, brand, websites and online stores, business software, AI assistants, visibility in search and AI, and long-term support.
- Our clients usually do not have a digital problem. They have a business that has outgrown the digital system representing it.
- Every engagement starts with clarity, not a proposal: a strategic session for $500, credited toward the project if you go ahead within 30 days.
- A typical project costs $20,000 to $40,000. Prices for all 28 of our services are published below.
- We are THE STRUCTURE LLC, a US company based in the Seattle area, with a senior team in Europe and Ukraine. Since 2018 we have delivered 127 projects.
WHO WE ARE
Who Peretz Is
We are not built around one person.
Every project is run by senior people who own their part of it from start to finish: strategists, designers, developers and marketers. Yevhen Borovoi, our founder, joins every engagement at the strategic session, where the most important decisions are made, and can step into any project at any point to review it. A team that runs the work, and a senior owner who answers for its quality.
The rest is context. Peretz began in 2018 as a design studio and has since delivered 127 projects; Yevhen has been designing and building for the web since 2004. We are THE STRUCTURE LLC, a US company based in the Seattle area, with our team across Europe and Ukraine, working in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
We stay small on purpose. It lets us choose clients we believe in, keep relationships for years rather than projects for months, and make decisions with people who actually know the business. One of our clients came back after six years of silence to continue exactly where we had left off.
We also run a sister studio for architecture and interiors, DeZZign. When a project includes a physical space, a clinic, a showroom, an office, the same thinking runs through the building, the brand and the website.
CLIENTS
Who We Work With
Our clients are owners and leaders of businesses that already exist and already have something to protect: a reputation, a customer base, a brand people recognize, a way of working that took years to build.
They rarely come to us because they need "a website". They come because the digital side of the company no longer matches what the company has become. Our clients usually do not have a digital problem. They have a business that has outgrown the digital system representing it.
In practice, they tend to fall into five groups.
Heritage and luxury brands, whose value lies partly in what customers already trust, and who need to evolve without destroying it: Schoeffel, Carrera y Carrera and Magerit, Nico Juliany, Nicole. For brands like these, the hardest question is never what to change. It is what not to change.
Clinics and medical institutions, where trust starts long before the first appointment, and where a careless sentence online can do more harm than a bad design. Our longest relationship of this kind is with the Institute of Trichology and the professional societies around it.
Architecture, design and furniture companies, whose clients judge them by the quality of everything they see, including the website. SV Group, working in Ukraine, Europe, America and with clients in the Middle East, is one of them.
Manufacturers and e-commerce companies, whose online store has become a business system: orders, stock, payments, delivery, accounts and integrations. SHTAYER, Sport Discount and dealership platforms for Honda and FIAT are among the projects we have built here.
Companies preparing for growth, investment or sale, whose owners know that sooner or later someone will look closely at the digital side of the business, and want it to hold up.
The common thread is not the industry. It is the stage of the business.
These are companies that have accumulated something worth protecting, reputation, customers, processes, data or a point of view, and now need their digital system to catch up.
NOT FOR
Who We Are Not For
If you need a quick template site, a logo for a few hundred dollars, or small fixes every month on a very tight budget, we are not the right choice. There is nothing wrong with those solutions. They are simply not what we are built for.
We are also not a volume agency. We take on a limited number of projects at a time, and we turn down work we do not believe in. If the honest answer is that you do not need us, you will hear it in the first conversation.
THE SYSTEM
How the Pieces Fit
We offer 28 services, but they are not a menu of separate products. They follow the order in which a growing business actually meets these questions: first deciding what it needs, then defining what it stands for, building where customers meet it, connecting how it runs, and growing how it is found.
Most clients start at one stage and, over the years, work with us across several, because in a growing company these stop being separate problems. The full list of services, with prices, is below.
CLARITY
Clarity Comes First
The first thing we sell is not design. It is clarity.
We do not sell you what you ask for. We first figure out what your business actually needs. The most expensive mistakes in digital projects are made before anyone designs a screen or writes a line of code: building a custom system when a well-configured standard one would do, redesigning a brand customers trusted, replacing a website when the real problem was the offer behind it.
That is why every project starts with a strategic session for $500.
It is a focused working conversation about the business: what it does, who it serves, what has changed, what is not working and what you are trying to achieve. Yevhen leads it personally, together with the specialists the topic needs, a developer, a designer, a marketer.
By the end, you have a clear view of what your business actually needs, in what order, and roughly what it will take. Sometimes that is a full project. Sometimes it is something much smaller. Occasionally it is a recommendation to use a standard tool rather than build anything with us at all. We are willing to lose a project to give the right answer, because a client who trusts our answer is worth more than one project.
If you go ahead within 30 days, the full $500 is credited toward the project. For clients who work with us, the first step is free. For those who do not, it is a modest price for an honest outside view of their business.
When one conversation is not enough. Some situations are too complex for a single session: a company with several brands, an online store connected to a warehouse and accounting, a business preparing for sale, a rebrand of a company with decades of history. For these there is an extended strategic session, from $5,000. Our team spends several days working inside the problem, studying the current brand, website, systems, data, competitors and market, and then a full day with you and your team. You leave with a documented strategy, a sequence of steps and a priced plan that you can carry out with us or with anyone else. The extended session is priced separately from the project.
THE PROCESS
How a Project Works
Owners often tell us that the most frustrating part of hiring an agency is not the price. It is not knowing what happens between the first call and the final invoice. With us, after the strategic session, it works like this.
A fixed scope and a fixed price. Once the direction is clear, we put the project in writing: what we will do, in what stages, by when and for how much. For most projects the price is fixed for the agreed scope, so you know the total before the work begins. If the scope changes, we discuss it openly and agree before doing the work, not after.
Thinking before a contract, when it matters. With companies we genuinely want to work with, we sometimes do the first piece of thinking in advance: a direction, a structure, a first look. We would rather you decide on the basis of something real than on a presentation.
Work in stages you can see. A project moves through business analysis, design, development, content and testing, and each stage ends with something you can see and approve before the next begins. Everything lives in the client portal: stages, documents, decisions and the people responsible. Your team works directly with ours, the strategist, designers and developers actually doing the work. As a rough guide, a brand identity takes six to twelve weeks, a website or online store three to six months, and a custom business system longer, depending on its scope.
Launch and handover. Launch is the point where the work starts to be tested by real customers. Before it we check the site or system against real scenarios, and after it we make sure your team knows how to use what we have built.
Support and growth. Most of our relationships continue after launch. Support starts at $1,000 a month and covers security, updates, monitoring and steady improvement; we offer it only at this level, because anything less does not leave enough time to do it properly. If you already have an older site, the path starts with a technical audit: from $300 for small sites and from $1,000 for large ones. It tells you honestly what is worth keeping, and the cost of modernization is set after the audit.
PRICES
What It Costs
28 services. One system. You do not need all 28. Most businesses need a few, in the right order. The tables below follow the same five stages as the diagram above, so you can see where each service sits in the whole.
We publish our prices because owners deserve to know the order of magnitude before the first call. These are starting points, not quotes: the final price depends on what the business actually needs, which is exactly what the strategic session is for.
For context: most branding and web projects reviewed on Clutch fall between $10,000 and $50,000, and the average US agency rate is $100 to $149 an hour. We work at the level of a senior boutique studio, with a leaner structure than a large Seattle agency.

THE PRICE
What Determines the Price
The same service can cost very different amounts for two businesses. The difference almost always comes from four things.
Complexity: how many places the result has to work. A brand that lives on one website is not the same as a brand that lives on packaging, a storefront, documents and an app.
History: how much recognition and trust is at stake. Evolving a brand with decades behind it takes more research and more care than designing one from scratch.
Integrations: how many systems have to work together. A store connected to a warehouse, accounting and delivery is a different project from a catalog with a checkout.
Content and data: how much has to be written, structured or migrated. It is often the most underestimated part of a project.
We wrote in detail about what drives the cost of a brand identity and of a custom website.
Sometimes the right project is smaller.
Refinement instead of a new brand. A better checkout instead of a new platform. A well-configured standard CRM instead of a custom one. When the honest answer is to do less, the price goes down, and we say so.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
What We Believe
Everything above, the stages, the prices, the process, rests on one idea about how a business becomes visible and trusted. We see every company in three layers.
Reality is what the business actually does: its product, its service, the experience of its customers. Reputation is what customers, partners and the market believe and say about it. Representation is how the business is presented: its brand, its website, its store, and more and more, the way search engines and AI assistants describe it to people who ask.
Most of our 28 services work on Representation. That is exactly why we start with the other two. If the problem is in Reality or Reputation, we do not pretend that better Representation will fix it. A beautiful website cannot rescue a weak offer, and no amount of search optimization can replace what customers say about you. We wrote about this in detail in SEO, AEO and GEO Are Amplifiers, Not Engines.
The same thinking shapes the rest of how we work. Before changing a brand, we decide what to keep, evolve, replace or test. We build to last five years and more, not until the next redesign. And when a project produces results, we say what they were and what we cannot claim credit for.
RESULTS
What the Work Achieved
What does this way of thinking produce? Four examples.
Institute of Trichology: clarity that became +34% conversion. After a new identity and website, conversion rose by 5% in the first month and by 34% over the year that followed, with comparable advertising budgets. Not all of that growth belongs to the design, but it shows what clarity can do for a medical institution. Its director, Professor Yulia Ovcharenko, described the transformation in her own article; our side of the story is here.
SHTAYER: evolution without losing recognition. Two generations of one brand: first a minimalist identity that helped a hotel supplier enter the consumer market, then a personal, botanical language that kept a visible connection to the original. See the 2026 brand book.
Nico Juliany: from identity to story. A jewelry house that outgrew the drafting-board look of its early years and needed a story for a different customer: the mark of the house and the signature of its maker. See the full case.
SV Group: digital work that changed how the company saw itself. In its own words, a furniture company describes how one website project became a story of self-awareness.
Our work has been recognized in Ukrainian industry rankings and awards, and verified client reviews are published on our Clutch profile.
