Riccardo

Riccardo is a Ukrainian outerwear manufacturer for whom we built more than an online store, a complete digital business system connecting retail sales, wholesale, dropshipping, and internal operations.

The task was never just moving a product catalog online. Part of the manufacturer's actual business model needed to move online too. Riccardo worked simultaneously with end customers, wholesale clients, and partners, and each of those relationships needed its own digital solution.

E-Commerce Platform

The core of the project was a full online store for men's and women's outerwear. The catalog covered seasonal collections, jackets, down coats, parkas, coats, bombers, windbreakers, vests, trench coats, hoodies, and other models.

We built a clear catalog and product page structure so a customer could quickly find the right model, choose size, color, and quantity, add it to cart, and complete the entire order online.

The catalog was never designed as a static showcase. The manufacturer needed to constantly add new models, update seasonal assortment, and work with different product offers, so the system had to stay easy to use for both the customer and Riccardo's own team.

Retail, Wholesale, and Dropshipping

Supporting different sales models was its own challenge. Beyond the main e-commerce store, we built a separate landing page on a .com.ua domain focused on dropshipping and partner collaboration. Its purpose differed from the online store's: instead of selling a single product to an end customer, it needed to clearly present the collaboration opportunity, the assortment, and the working model itself to a potential partner.

As a result, the digital side of the project supported several channels at once: retail, sales to end customers, wholesale, working with bulk buyers, and dropshipping, acquiring and supporting partners.

CRM and Operational System

Integrating and extending a CRM system alongside a separate operational ERP module was a critical part of the project. The online store never existed apart from the business. Online orders, customer information, and part of the internal operations were connected inside one digital environment. The CRM handled customers and orders, while the added operational functionality moved part of the internal process into the digital system. For us, that was the essential point: e-commerce shouldn't just take orders, it should work together with the business behind it.

A Digital Layer for the Manufacturer

Riccardo is a clear example of the typical move from a simple online store toward something closer to full digital architecture. On one side, the customer sees a catalog, a product, a cart, and checkout. On the other, that interface is backed by catalog, e-commerce, CRM, orders, operations, and partners, all working together.

The site became more than a brand's online showcase, it became a digital layer between the manufacturer, its customers, wholesale buyers, and partners. That was the real value of the project: not a separate website, but a system built to match how Riccardo's business actually works.
