You get 2 to 4 DevOps engineers we know personally, picked for your stack and your cloud, and you choose. The engineer takes tasks from you, while we handle contracts, equipment, HR and reports. To hand the infrastructure to us as a project, with the plan and the result on our side, see DevOps and cloud.
Hire DevOps Engineers
Your developers keep the servers running between their own tasks, and every release waits for the one person who knows the pipeline. We find a DevOps engineer in our pool of vetted specialists in Ukraine and Eastern Europe, and that person joins your team: your backlog, your cloud accounts, your engineering lead. Full or part time, paid by the hour.
$50 to $70 an hour
What our DevOps engineers do
-
01.
Containers and orchestration
Docker and Docker Compose for every environment, Kubernetes on EKS, GKE or AKS, and Helm charts.
-
02.
Infrastructure as code
Terraform modules for networks, databases and access, Ansible for server setup, reviewed in pull requests.
-
03.
CI/CD pipelines
GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Jenkins with tests, staging and a fast rollback, plus Argo CD for Kubernetes.
-
04.
Cloud platforms
AWS, Google Cloud or Azure: compute, managed databases, storage, IAM roles and cost reports that show where the bill grows.
-
05.
Monitoring and incidents
Prometheus and Grafana, Loki or the ELK stack, Datadog if you use it, and alerts that reach the right person.
-
06.
Security and backups
Secrets in Vault or the cloud's secret manager, access by role, and backup restore drills.

You describe the role
Your cloud, your tools, the hours, whether on-call is part of the job and who the engineer reports to. We can also find a QA engineer for the same pipeline.

We send a shortlist
2 to 4 vetted DevOps engineers, usually in 1 to 3 weeks. A niche profile or a very senior lead can take 4 to 6 weeks.

The engineer starts
We handle onboarding, you grant access to your accounts, the engineer joins your sprints, and you get a monthly report.
What you get
Every pipeline, module and runbook the engineer writes is yours from day one, with the intellectual property; this is in every contract. If you need developers, QA and DevOps together, run by us, a dedicated development team fits better.
A shortlist of 2 to 4 DevOps engineers matched to your cloud, your tools and your mix of support and build work.
The final word: you interview the candidates and decide who joins.
Contracts, an NDA, equipment and tool access, arranged by us.
An engineer who takes tasks from your lead and works under personal access, not a shared login.
A monthly report and regular check-ins.
A replacement when the engineer does not fit, with the handover arranged by us.

Pricing
$50 to $70 an hour
The rate depends on seniority (middle, senior or lead), on full or part time, and on niche skills such as Kubernetes in production or several clouds at once. On-call outside working hours is agreed separately and affects the rate.
You pay by the hour for the hours worked, invoiced monthly. The rate includes selection, contracts, equipment, HR support, replacements and reports. Your cloud bills and your own tools and licences, such as a monitoring service, stay on your side.

FAQ
Do we need a middle or a senior DevOps engineer?
If your setup works and needs steady care, a middle engineer often fits. For a move to Kubernetes, a rebuild in Terraform or a design nobody can review, start with a senior or a lead.
Can the engineer work with our existing setup?
Yes. We look for someone who knows what you run today, be it an old Jenkins server, hand-built machines or Terraform written years ago, and can improve it without stopping releases.
Can the engineer be on call at night and on weekends?
Yes, by agreement made in advance. We first look at how critical the product is and what alerts and automatic recovery can cover, then agree the hours and the rate.
Who manages the engineer day to day?
You do. The engineer takes tasks from your lead and works in your accounts. We handle contracts, HR and reports, and replace the engineer if they do not fit.
What about time zones and hours?
Our engineers are in Ukraine and Eastern Europe: 3 to 5 hours of overlap with Western Europe and 2 to 4 with the US East Coast. For a team in Seattle, a maintenance window late in your evening falls in the engineer's morning.
Can we hire the engineer in-house later?
Ask us. We discuss it case by case.
