This is outstaffing by stack: the developer works in your repository and your process, and we handle everything around them. We select for the Angular you actually have: a current version with standalone components and signals, an Angular 8 app several majors behind, or AngularJS that still runs half the business. For a whole application built for a fixed price, see web application development. If the work calls for a group with its own PM, a dedicated development team fits better.
Hire Angular Developers
Your company runs on a large Angular application: an admin panel, dashboards, hundreds of forms and tables. The roadmap grows, the version falls behind, and good Angular developers are hard to find locally. We find Angular developers in Ukraine and Eastern Europe, people we know personally, and send a shortlist of 2 to 4 vetted candidates. You interview them and choose. The developer joins your team under your lead, full or part time, paid by the hour.

What our Angular developers do
-
01.
Modern Angular
Standalone components, signals, the new control flow, lazy loaded routes and a structure that still makes sense at two hundred screens.
-
02.
RxJS and state
Observables without memory leaks, NgRx Store and Effects, NgRx Signal Store, or a plain service layer when that is enough.
-
03.
Forms and data screens
Typed reactive forms with custom validators, large tables with filters and virtual scroll, role based screens and dashboards.
-
04.
Angular Material
Angular Material and the CDK or PrimeNG, themes, accessible dialogs, a shared component library in an Nx workspace.
-
05.
Testing
Jasmine and Karma or Jest, Angular Testing Library, end to end tests in Cypress or Playwright, running in your CI.
-
06.
Upgrades and migration
Step by step ng update across major versions, AngularJS to Angular through a hybrid app, modules to standalone, Protractor to a current test runner.

The developer starts
We handle onboarding and access, the developer joins your stand-ups and code reviews, and you get a monthly report.
What you get
All code and intellectual property belong to you from day one; it is written into every contract. If releases also need someone who owns testing, our QA engineers join the same way.
A shortlist of 2 to 4 Angular developers matched to your version, libraries and seniority.
The decision, made by you after your own interviews.
Contracts, NDAs, equipment and access to Git, Jira or Azure DevOps, arranged by us.
A monthly report on hours and work done, plus regular check-ins.
HR support, so issues with workload come up early.
A replacement if the developer does not fit, without a new search on your side.

Pricing
$45 to $65 an hour
The rate depends on seniority (middle, senior or lead), on full or part time, and on niche skills such as an AngularJS migration, a heavy NgRx codebase or an Nx monorepo. Compared with a local hire, costs are usually 40 to 60% lower.
You pay for the hours worked, with one invoice a month. The rate includes selection, contracts, equipment, HR support, replacements and monthly reports. Your own tools and licences, such as paid component libraries or Nx Cloud, stay on your side.

FAQ
Which seniority do we need?
A middle developer fits clear tasks with set patterns and a reviewer. A senior builds features end to end. A lead decides architecture, state management and the upgrade path.
Our app is still on AngularJS. Can you help?
Yes. We look for developers who have kept AngularJS apps running and moved them to current Angular, usually screen by screen in a hybrid app, so the business keeps working while the code changes.
Do they know NgRx?
If your app runs on NgRx, we shortlist people who have used Store and Effects in a real codebase, not only in tutorials.
Who manages the developer?
You do: your backlog, your process, your lead. We handle contracts, equipment, HR support and replacements.
What hours will they work?
Ukraine and Eastern Europe overlap 3 to 5 hours with Western Europe and 2 to 4 hours with the US East Coast. Most of our developers are flexible and work well async; for Seattle and the West Coast we agree shared hours up front.
Can we hire the developer in-house later?
Ask us. We discuss it case by case.
