A10 Architectural Bureau

Client: A10 Architectural Bureau, an international architecture bureau specializing in premium residential architecture, custom interiors and conceptual commercial spaces across Europe and Ukraine.

Team: Iryna Nechaeva · SMM Specialist, Content Strategist, AI Creator and Marketer

Industry: Architecture

The Challenge. A10 already had the projects, expertise and international experience. The challenge was to make this value visible digitally.

Instead of another architectural portfolio built around beautiful 3D renders, we developed a communication system that revealed what normally remains invisible: engineering, custom production, material selection, construction, technical precision and author supervision.

The goal was to position A10 not simply as a studio creating beautiful spaces, but as an international architectural practice capable of taking complex projects from concept to realization.

SMM, Content Strategy and AI-Assisted Storytelling for an International Architecture Practice

What We Did

Strategy & Visual Language. Developed a communication and content strategy based on contemporary European minimalism and quiet luxury, following the same step-by-step process we later documented in How to Build a Social Media Strategy for a Business, The Actual Process, Step by Step.

The visual system combined refined architectural renders with the reality behind them: construction sites, workshops, metal fabrication, concrete, technical details, material textures and author supervision.

The contrast between the perfect final space and the complexity required to build it became one of the central storytelling principles.

Expert Storytelling. Created English-language editorial content explaining the hidden complexity of premium architecture.

Instead of simply showing the result, we explored: engineering and construction tolerances, material selection and custom fabrication, spatial ergonomics, lighting and technical integration, construction supervision, and the difference between a render and a buildable project.

Projects in Germany, Italy, the Netherlands and other European markets became case studies demonstrating A10's international expertise.

Content Architecture. Designed educational carousel essays, project narratives and Instagram Stories built around real architectural processes.

Projects such as G.Bar in Munich, Prima Italia in Sanremo and other European sites were transformed from individual portfolio images into multi-layered stories covering concept, materials, construction and realization.

We also developed AI-assisted concepts and detailed prompts for Kling AI, turning static architectural projects into cinematic spatial experiences while keeping real projects at the center of the communication, the same balance we argue for in Human-First Content Strategy: Why AI Content Is Losing the Trust War in 2026.

International Lead Generation. Launched targeted advertising campaigns across high-value European markets, including Italy, the Ligurian coast and Monaco, focusing on property owners, investors and clients looking for a full-cycle architectural partner. Structuring that spend followed the same governance logic covered in Campaign Budget Optimization Is a Governance Decision, Not a Toggle.

Result. The project transformed A10's digital presence from a conventional architecture portfolio into a coherent international brand ecosystem.

The new communication simultaneously demonstrated: design excellence, engineering expertise, international experience, construction reality, attention to detail, and full-cycle responsibility.

The key shift was simple:

We stopped showing only what A10 creates. We started showing why creating it requires A10.
