SMM, Meta Ads and Google Maps for a Private Montessori Kindergarten

Strategy, tone of voice, Stories funnels, Meta Ads and a Google Business profile for a private Montessori kindergarten for children aged 1 to 6.

The Task: Not a Typical Kindergarten

Dyvo is a private Montessori space and kindergarten for children from one to six. It does not see itself as a place where children are simply looked after. Its idea is an environment for development built on deep respect for the child's personality, pace and natural needs, in partnership with parents who choose consciously. Most kindergartens sound alike online, and Dyvo had to sound different: premium, calm, safe and expert, with no trace of the Soviet methods of upbringing many parents still remember from their own childhood.

The tasks were concrete. Bring a steady flow of enquiries in Direct for individual excursions, the summer adaptation group and trial lessons of the new programmes. Make the kindergarten easy to find for parents looking for a children's space in their own district. And describe everything in one document, so that the page could be handed over to an in-house specialist without losing quality.

Strategy and Tone of Voice

We started with the communication strategy, the visual concept and the brand rules. The feed is built from a soft palette of teal, ochre, cream and deep blue, rounded shapes, clouds and the rocking horse from the logo, together with real photographs of children, rooms and teachers. The tone is quiet and respectful: no exclamation marks over a discount, no pressure, explanations instead of slogans. A premium kindergarten earns trust when it sounds like a calm expert, not like an advertisement.

The brand was humanised through real people. Teachers, guides and specialists appear in the feed, and each of them has a themed line of their own, so a parent gets to know the team before the first visit. A parent who chooses a kindergarten is choosing the people who will spend the day with their child.

Stories That Lead to an Excursion

Stories carried the warm-up and the sales funnel. One series walks a parent through the path step by step: how to find us, an excursion to see the space, a recommendation for admission, then the contract. Others answer the questions parents ask before they decide: what soft adaptation without tears looks like, what a guest visit is, what the subscriptions cost, how the early development class for children from one year works, and what teachers do when two children want the same toy. A parent's review of a guest visit stands next to them, in her own words.

New Programmes: Robotics, Saturday Groups, Speech Therapy

Alongside the kindergarten we packaged and promoted new directions: a robotics course for two age groups, Saturday groups and lessons with a speech therapist. The robotics launch got a series of its own: the announcement of modern development for children from three to thirteen, a post for each age group, from first mechanisms for the youngest to young engineers who build and program more complex models, a post explaining that all the equipment belongs to the kindergarten so parents do not have to buy kits, teamwork, and a trial lesson as the first step. The style changes for this series, with construction bricks and a grid like graph paper, while the logo, the colours and the tone stay the same.

Expert Content Against Parents' Worries

Targeted ads bring a cold audience: parents who have never heard of Dyvo or of Montessori. They are warmed up with expert content on neurobiology, child psychology and Montessori everyday life, which answers the main fears of parents whose child starts kindergarten at the age of one. One series lists everyday things parents still do for a two-year-old and shows, card by card, what to do instead. Another explains why the aesthetics of a space is a foundation of mental health: visual noise, the energy a child's brain spends on chaos, natural materials and the signals of safety in a room.

Montessori Everyday Life

Practical life is one of the least understood parts of the Montessori method, so it got its own series, "More than play". Pouring water, carrying a tray or washing a table develop fine motor skills, concentration and self-esteem, and the posts show this on the children of the kindergarten. The series ends with an invitation: at Dyvo children are not simply looked after, they are given conditions in which every day is a step toward a confident personality, and the excursion is booked in Direct.

Values Instead of Old Habits

The clearest way to show that Dyvo is not a typical kindergarten was to compare. The series "5 phrases from our childhood we will never say to your children" sets phrases many parents heard in kindergartens of the Soviet kind next to what happens at Dyvo instead. "You must not make mistakes" is answered with "a mistake is part of learning". Each card has the same structure, how it was and how it is with us, so the difference in values is seen without a lecture.

Ads, Google Maps and a Playbook for the Handover

For paid traffic we built the strategy in Meta Ads, segmented the audience, made the ad creatives and offers, then launched and optimised lead campaigns for excursions, the adaptation groups and robotics. For local search we created the Google Business profile from scratch, verified it and optimised it, so that parents who look for a kindergarten nearby find Dyvo in search and on Google Maps, and the profile became a place to work with reviews.

The last part of the work was the brand playbook: a detailed SMM guide with the tone of communication, the visual standards, the rules for answering parents, the algorithms for handling enquiries and the sales scripts. With it the page could pass smoothly to an in-house specialist after the contract ended, and the quality of the communication stays the same.

This case shows the strategy and the content of the project; its figures stay with the client.
