FAQ

How is website design different from website development?

Design covers the visual layout, user experience, and look and feel of the site. Development is the technical build that brings that design to life as a working website. We handle both, either together or as separate phases.

Do you design in Figma, and can we see the work in progress?

Yes, we design in Figma and share progress through a shared file, so you can follow the work and leave comments directly on specific screens as the design develops.

How many design revisions are included?

We typically include 2 to 3 rounds of revisions per page in the project scope, which covers most feedback cycles. Additional rounds can be added if needed.

Will the design be unique, or based on a template?

Every design we create is custom-built around your brand and goals, not adapted from a generic template. This ensures the site looks and feels distinct from competitors using off-the-shelf themes.

Do you design for mobile as well as desktop?

Yes, every design is created with a mobile-first approach and includes layouts for mobile, tablet, and desktop, so the experience is consistent across all devices.

Can you design around our existing brand guidelines?

Yes, if you already have brand guidelines, we design within them. If your guidelines need updating to work better for digital, we can advise on adjustments as part of the project.

What happens after the design is approved?

Once the design is approved, it moves into development, where our team builds it into a fully functional, responsive website, followed by testing before launch.
